Ordering & Minimums
- Event Special: Minimum Total Opening Order: $500 (excl. GST).
- Discounts: Orders above $1,000 (2.5%), $2,500 (5%), & $5,000 (7.5%).
- Payment: All orders are "Pro-Forma" (must be paid in full before stock is dispatched).
Shipping
- Location: All orders are shipped from Melbourne.
- Carrier: We utilise Australia Post to ensure safe and tracked delivery.
- Calculation: Freight is calculated based on total weight, dimensions, and destination. Costs are added to your final invoice.
Lead Times & Refunds
- Standard Lead Time: 15 Business Days.
- Personalised Lead Time: 20 Business Days.
- Refunds: Personalised Ranges are non-refundable due to their custom nature.
Policy Guidelines
- Testers: One Tester per scent may be purchased at Wholesale price. Testers are not for resale.
- RRP Integrity: Retailers should not price items significantly below RRP (max 15%) to maintain brand integrity.
